The obvious users are schools, colleges, councils and hospitals along with the majority of businesses, big and small.  In fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find any business that doesn't use stamps!

More and more individuals are also buying stamps, whether it be for an art and craft application, or simply to return-address personal mail.

But whereas stamp use is actually increasing, rubber stamps are
